About your facilitator, Leslie Crudup Villagarcia:
I am a no-nonsense mindset coach and polyamory mentor who rejects ‘positive vibes only’ culture in favour of developing relevant strategies for success based on clients’ real-life contexts. The unwavering conviction I bring into my work has inspired groups and individuals the world over to embrace their own uniqueness and to be unapologetic in their self-expression.
I hold three citizenships (USA, Peru, Australia) and have worked professionally as an educator, trainer, curriculum developer, and e-learning designer for businesses and universities in New York City, Europe, Asia and Australia, where I now work full-time in my private coaching practice, Leslie V. Coaching.
Through my extensive experience working in cross-cultural capacities around the world, I have developed a keen awareness of how to connect with clients at optimal levels of communication. I hold formal qualifications in Life Coaching as well as a Masters degree in Applied Linguistics, which bolsters my understanding of the impact of language on the mind, on individuals, and on cross-cultural communities.
As a coach, I focus heavily on empowering clients to forge purpose-driven lives! Through a life-long practice of examining and challenging societal constructs around success, relationships, and authority, I bring into my coaching an open mind and a deep awareness of how to adjust to the needs of multi-cultural groups as well as individuals. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
