$2160 for 9 sessions over 4 months
You are seeking balance and fulfilment in one or more areas of your life. You want a proactive listener to help outline your goals and keep you motivated and on-track to achieving them!
You know that SOMETHING in your life has to change, but you are not sure what. You might also be facing an upcoming challenge or transition, but you are not sure if you are up for taking it on without some more motivation, guidance or improved self-confidence.
This program includes:
1 personal coaching session – fortnightly This 1hr session may take place in my studio or online*; whichever you would prefer.
1 weekly check-in call We can negotiate who will initiate the call and when it will take place at the conclusion of each coaching session.
weekly email/SMS support This includes my personal support as well as information curated especially for you. Your daily email and/or SMS includes, but is not limited to, academic journal articles, video resources (TED talks, Youtube, Vimeo), blog posts, etc. You may also contact me directly for guidance or to keep me updated on your progress.
If there is some other, perhaps situation-specific, way you feel I may be able to support you in your endeavour, let’s talk about how we may be able to include it in the program.
