You want more of my individualised attention as a sounding board for your insights as they develop. You want a ‘kick in the backside’, as they say, in order to undertake the agreed upon actions to get you to your goals.
This program includes:
1 personal coaching session per week – This session of up to 1.5 hrs may take place in my office or online*; whichever you would prefer.
A post-session report – This will include a summary of the most important points from our session.
unlimited email/SMS support** This includes my personal support as well as information curated especially for you. Emails and SMS you receive from me include, but are not limited to, academic journal articles, video resources (TED talks, Youtube, Vimeo), blog posts, etc. relevant to your inquiries You may also message me directly for guidance or to keep me updated on your progress.
1 customised worksheet following each coaching session – We will agree upon a specific task for you to complete and I will create a worksheet to help guide you through the process. This will aid in creating a stronger link between each session.
