Through a bit of habit hacking and habit stacking, I managed to stick to my goal of walking over 12000 steps every day in January of 2023. In this video, I talk about why I did it, how I did it, and what happened as a result. This challenge was a 42nd birthday gift to myself, and I learned a lot from it!
